By accessing or using spotone.lol ("SpotOne", "we", "our", "the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SpotOne provides an open attention marketplace and real-time directory leaderboard where product creators, founders, and makers can list URLs and compete for rank placements via transparent bidding. Ranks are determined purely by total accumulated bid volume.

3. Listings & Prohibited Content

You are solely responsible for any URL, text, or brand submitted to SpotOne. The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Malware, phishing sites, scams, deceptive or harmful software.
• Adult, sexually explicit, or non-consensual content.
• Content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights.
• Illegal products, services, weapons, or illicit substances.

We reserve the right to remove any listing violating these rules immediately without prior notice and without refund.

4. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. All transactions are securely processed in USD.

5. Limitation of Liability

SpotOne provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific visitor conversion rates, revenue generation, or perpetual uptime. In no event shall SpotOne or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
